When we are standing on the road back home we are always sure we are getting there. We stand with no fears of what may not be or what may be. We have been on the road for the same purpose many times and the same thing has happened, we got home. But what happens when the car breaks down and there is no remedy to this? Do we sit there and wallow or do we pick our languages and trek the remaining distance?
I read a very interesting story the other day. A young widow chose to cling to her mother in law to where ever the mother in law was to go. She chose to ignore the mother in laws please and journeyed long distances back to the kinsmen of the mother in law. What is most fascinating is that she chose to ignore her own land and kinsmen and followed almost blindly.
This story makes me realize how vital is for many of us to understand what is of greatest importance. There are times when it seems pretty obvious we know what we want and that we truly love it. Then there are times when it is not clear we actually love it. In those moments we actually spread our scope of comparison to greater horizons. We seem to be in search of some better thing out there. Something that we may not really know but we are sure it is not what we have at our hands. We may even be ready to leave what we have for what we are not sure of.
Think of the visions we have, the jobs we get, the schools we go to, the university programs we enroll for, the people we get married to. Many times we find ourselves tired way too early and we opt for something better out there. We believe ourselves to have done all we can and that the person should have known what to do all the time.
There are people that have stood and watched as the vision they once treasured vanish and did nothing. It vanished and they later got to realize that some other person perfect what they once worked upon. The pain is not comparable to the agony that they face for rest of their lives.
The things we love will not always glitter but even in the times of gloom, they are worth fighting for. That is as simple as I can put it. I wish I could explain any further but my friends know exactly what I mean. Have a lovely day my friends.

The Wave
Over the last few years we have watched in silence as the world was taking on a new shape and taking on new inventions. We have sat as if in silence, watching, but it is changing again. A while back I listened to Rubibi Emmanuel and Kalule Robert talk and I realized that something is happening that many of us should be aware of us.
The Book Of Ezra:
I was doing research in the book of Ezra and God proved something to me. Like in that time today we are involved in a kind of building of God’s house. The land is dry and barren but this is the kind of land that we are called to. We, I mean you and I. the hungry are many, poverty rampant, violence and sin all the darkness we are to flash out with the light in us. Every Christian is called at this point to begin to realize there position in this work. Every thing we do today is a contribution to that building, or should it be, has the potential of doing so.
We are called to realize that our live are bigger than our needs, immediate needs; our aspirations have to go beyond ourselves as we focus on the kingdom. Don’t get me wrong, this does not mean that we abandon the immediate responsibilities, but we realize there position in the big picture. As we do this we shall realize that we have a mandate that makes us partners with the one who has given the assignment.
The Connection;
You will realize that right in your heart is a dream, one at least that goes beyond you. An aspiration that has your adrenaline rise and yet you try so much to calm your self down. Fear never lets you break away from this poverty mindset. The kind of thinking that has you believing that you are only here for yourself and that God is not passionate about your aspirations and dreams.
Those aspirations are right from the heart of God, His heart beat. You share it coz from that day He wrote His laws on your heart. Gave you his desires, shared with you His thumb print and that was and still is His delight. God wants to share Himself with you more each day, that is His desire, but many of us shun it in fear of what may be and what may not. In this garden He is looking for sons that will take initiative and look at things straight.
The Perspective;
We are not responding in fear but in love. God speaks to us through our own desires and not fears. So you are asking, what if the desires are evil? And I ask back, what is evil doing in light, in the righteousness of God. here is the point, instead of looking for the evil in you look for the good in you, it is more rewarding to look at the results of the finished works of Christ than to look at what He was working on.
We are not competing or trying to prove a point to the world. That too is not our concern. We are simply enjoying the partnership with God; we are making use of the lot that is freely given to us. Our delight is in seeing that we are actually experiencing the fullness of God in all that we do, in all that we are putting effort to.
The Realizations;
We have also realized that we are evangelizing, with every shilling we earn we see more souls come into the kingdom. Our work is an act of service and prayer to God, we worship Him in the prayer room and in the board room. We cannot separate our salvation from all that we do.
We are inseparable and our practice is a going concern.
The Responsibility;
We are the kind that was birthed into responsibility. If you can find one thing to
complain about, you have found a responsibility. From dirty streets, rape, poverty.
hunger, corruption and many more. Those are our responsibilities and those are what we
are supposed to take care of. Some of it will call for a lot of money and all of it will call
for prayer. We all are responsible for it all. Some Christians are so scared of sin, they are building there righteousness and they are keeping away from the responsibility. They believe God for billions to carry on God’s work and yet they are not willing to undertake projects, businesses, and organizations that will see that kind of money come to them. They have not seen the possibility of success because they are scared of prospering in all aspects of life. To theme success and fame are worldly. But they complain about corruption and poverty.
I wonder which is worse. God has given us a responsibility and yet we keep giving it back to Him. WE keep giving our politics out to Him after He says I give you the politics and economics. I here the prayer, ‘God we put our leaders in your hands,’ as we do that we should also pray that we take the politics up, thank Him for the education system that He has put in our hands, that we are to posses.
The Legislations;
Like in the times of Ezra, God is using the ungodly to deliver the resources that are required of us to accomplish the building of the house. They are going to give the gold and the rest we need to accomplish the works of God in this time. Get me right again, laws will change, standards are changing and they will favor the Christians of this time. This is simply because we are the only ones who can combine excellence with honesty. We will benefit greatly from that but not if we don’t take the time to position ourselves today.
The Position;
Peter positioned himself to do exploits when he stepped out of the boat. He walked on the water and God is asking us to do just the same today. Believe that our dreams will come true. Start today to work on them to believe in them. Don’t take anything you have today for granted, dreams, higher education, a stable marriage , a church you are starting and so many. If you realize your responsibility in this time you will know that this generation needs you, the world needs you. That is why you pray as a priest and you decree like the king Christ paid so expensively to make you.
The things that the gospel calls for require of us to give ourselves, in prayer as well as in business. We need to see churches equipping the saints to go and subdue the world of corruption as they reign in wealth, in honesty. The saints need to know that they are not just for themselves. That their dollars are useful in building fully equipped hospitals. But they need to know that money cannot transform a life though it can touch a life.
We are moving toward Christians that will see the blind eyes open yet at the same time they build the hospital, fully equipped. They will operate in the gifts of the Spirit and the fruits yet they will have the monetary power to influence decisions and they will be well positioned to influence policy. You are part of this movement and you have a role to play. Pray, and I mean pray. When you discover the area of direct commission pray for those changes you want to happen. Make it global and not just your country.
The Mathematics;
Ten years from now, the people you know will be major decision maker. Position yourself to take advantage of that. They will need a leader with achievements, integrity and the Spirit of God in them. You are that leader, but you need to realize it now. Stop thinking problems and lack, think provision and Kingdom. We are establishing the Kingdom of God on the crusade ground and in the children home, in political offices and many more. We are going to be there, believe with me and speak that constantly in the days God gives you. Don’t just place the day in His hands, it’s a gift from Him, work through it with Him, pray through it with His word.
Simply Put;
God is counting on you.
Our Role;
Pray and I mean pray, Paul calls it travailing. It will calls for fasts hour in the night of prayer and a lot of God’s word at play. The Spirit of God too will have to be your partner. The wisdom and resources are given, use them. It may seem like you have little but if you choose multiply them now and to value them now, more will be added. If it’s a job ,be the best, school, higher education, business, Local council politics, simply be the best because our time of promotions is here.
Thinking;
As I write this am thinking of friends of mine, Kalule Robert, Kiiza Isaac, Elizabeth Dambya, George Oyite, Sembatya Edirisa, Kiconco Patience, Rubibi Emmanuel, Nalweyiso Easter and many more. They should know they are important right in this time..
Believe with me.

Simply Why?
The other day I was speaking to one of the men I consider wisest in this time and generation and we came to ask ourselves the question, why. Not that we wanted to get the answer but we were left to answer that for the multitudes that remain largely uneducated as to why they do what they do.
At the center of every activity is the answer to the question why. The answer to this question goes a long way in helping many of us realize both our positions and destinations. The student that has not answered this question is the one who does fail in many of there endeavors. There are many purposes that have gone to waste because the people that undertook them were not with the answer to the question why. There are many purposes still that have been abused because those to whom they were entrusted were not with the slightest clue as to why they were left custodians.
So we sit here in the valley of question and pause as though we are without direction. We sit to examine our intents in relation to the purposes we proclaim to be in service of. The world today is in search for the deeper or should we say, inner thing. There are many practices designed to help people reach deeper inside them, to help them understand why they are here on earth. Trust me, this question is one we ask ourselves whether we are aware of it or not. This is with in our very fabrics. So we begin to realize that the answer to this question is just as important as the need to ask this question.
I see people getting married after answering this question but not all of them try to find the right answers to this question. In fact not many of them can tell the difference between the right and wrong answers. There are businesspeople racking their brains to make billions of dollars and yet they too have not conclusively answered this question in the right way.
We as humans are very rational beings, we, apart from those that have abandoned the responsibility to remain human. Timothy Ahumuza once told me that it is the people that know why that will keep getting rich. He was right but not complete. Today I know that it is people that have rightly answered that question that will indeed be richer. Every single one of us is responsible for themselves. Our personal lives are our primary responsibilities. But when we realize that our lives do not exist in isolation we realize that the responsibility we take for our lives is extended to those lives around us. We are all connected in a way that while we are to blame no one for our plight, we are to blame ourselves for the plight of those around us. But as we take on such massive responsibility, we need to pause and ask ourselves why we are doing this. This will not help us determine how much we are responsible; it will also help us realize how to take on such responsibility.
The pedestrian that drops a coin to a street child does well, but not in the long term. This is why. Firstly, this is one way of keeping these children on the streets. If we keep showing them that the streets are a better option than Kefa Sempangi’s homes or Watoto Childcare Ministries, or the Kateyamba In Nalukolongo, or Besania Children’ s home, we are worse than the parents that cast them out of their homes or the diseases that orphaned them. To insist on keeping these precious children on the streets is to continues abusing their rights as humans, to continue sowing that victim mindset in them. We have a lot of ways of healing that guilt that hits us so badly. Support the organizations that have come out to help these children. Give of your money to them, volunteer with them once in a while, pray for them. That is how we decently get children off the streets, not by pilling them on trucks and locking them away, and definitely not by giving them money to heal the guilt of our consciences.
That is just one illustration; marriage is part of this, education, business, employment. If I wrote individually about each one we would run out of space and time.
But how do we get to rightly answer the question why? The answer is in answering to ourselves, what kind of light we are using to look at things. The woman who has been a prostitute will look at married men from a certain light. But just because it is her light does not mean that it is the light. There ought to be a standard that helps us measure right and how far right is. There ought to be that measure that does not change depending on how we feel or are treated.
My suggestion is that in determining this, we go back to the one who made all things. That’s right and if you want to know why, its because He is most right.

The Panting
He pats the leaves in jungle. The wound in his chest acing, and blood all over his face. His legs begin to feel numb and the fear grips him again. They could be any where and yet he is without the strength to keep the race on. His sight is getting blurred and the sun is still miles away. He takes the step and falls upon a sharp tree trunk, the blood is uncontrollable. Then in that moment as he opens his mouth to scream he hears them closer…
Many times our lives are like this picture. We are not with the knowledge of the past or the future. The story can simply take any direction and it will remain the story of our lives. We look at what is around us and it seems like some bad guys are after us and that the sun is far away. It’s a race through the jungle and we are the only victims with no help. If that applies to you just know that you are not alone.
But every jungle has its limits; every night has the sun at the end. When we feel like giving up we should realize that we are giving ourselves up for supper to those many things that have for so long wanted to devour us. The time to quit is never at hand, we only choose to bring it close, and actually we impose it upon ourselves. Today you may seem confused with no direction and you think it is time to throw the towel in but like the story at the beginning we don’t know what may happen if we just took two more steps. What you don’t know is that the sounds that man heard were sounds of the people assigned to help him.
Some times we need to return to the point of our beginnings and regain our strength. There are other times when we need to push a little harder. The person that quits is left with himself to haunt, he is left with nothing to show of his efforts. When the last day arrives, we have to be ready to be identified by our works. The times I find myself wondering if it is time to quit, I ask myself whether the work I set out to do is complete.
When I can satisfy my conscience that it is complete, I am happy to quit and that is not quitting, that is retiring from a complete work.
We were not meant to be incomplete in our works and nature, we were meant to be complete in all of them. This completeness we can only taste if we keep the work in mind and when we keep the nature of that complete work in mind. The people that easily quit did not have the complete picture in mind right from the beginning. The person that sets goals has a clear picture of where they have set out to do.
So the most important thing in what we set out to do is a clear plan. It may not set all the details out but it surely helps one know their road and where it is supposed to lead. There is importance in planning and we need to take the task up daily. Plan for the day, the month, the meeting and all that. We need to realise that God is not mad at us for planning, the men of old planned there wars and God was part of the planning. Those were men whom the Spirit visited. Today He lives in us and He works in us. And like those men we need to take a stand, we need to move in this war fare. The majority of Christians live by chance , of course they call it liveing by faith. They remain affraid to aspire for any thing and when they do they only wish it could happen. Pushing their desires into a future they have taken no responsibility of today.
We need to wake up, the world we live in might be a fallen world but it has the things that we are here to influence. We cannot shun information, knowledge and think we are going to shine like we ought to. It is time we put a stop to all the surprise attacks that have caused insults to the body of Christ. Get knowledge improve yourselves in all aspects. It is time for us to embrace investment, saving, higher education and personal effort to get better. The Christian is not completely praying until they aspire to change this world.
The cahllenge of global warming will not be answeres by those people waiting for the Holy Spirit but by those that have teamed up with the Holy Spirit to find a solution through reseach and propaganda. We are the light of The World, but even the light ought to know how best to shine. Go do research on where to invest, know what we mean by rate of return and turn over, know what global warming is and what the political enviroment is or the economic one. All this will give you a picture of what your faith is up against and as you realise your responsibility in a fallen world, you will not help it but pray and read the word. You will realise how best to direst your prayer and what your faith ought to contain.
Dear friends, it is not only in Masters degrees, it is compound, know how to run a business, and NGO, a political campaign. Be informed but even better ,be ready to move because we are who make things happen here.And realise that the dreams you have are the dreams that can be achieved now when you realise that you are a partner with Christ in His reign. Be the King God paid so expensively to make you, winning you from the kingdom of darkness into in mervelous light. He is the Light shining in you so that you may shine in this world. Don't hide away, shine away.
Life was never designed to be gone through by accident. We are supposed to go through by design.

Too Little
There are times in our lives when all we have is too little. We think of what is expected of us and we get to the conclusion that we are without adequate resources. Those times are always with us especially when we compare today’s income with tomorrow’s demands. One thing amazes me, when we think of how inefficient we are in those moments, those that demand from us are only looking at how efficient we are.
Learning From The Master.
A closer look at the life of Christ reveals that this phenomenon is not new or strange. When on the mountain preaching, a demand arose that necessitated the services of La Plate CafĂ©. He had to get in touch with the outdoor catering service providers very quickly. But how a carpenter preacher do that with no funds at all? The question is as hard as the possibilities are small. He took a look into what was available and that is what He shared with those around. Now, many times our eyes are open tot the miracle that is so clearly brought out in this passage and we don’t see the golden principle that lies with in.
The Principle.
Christ reveals to us that we are only inadequate when we think needs and not supply. I believe there is a lot that the father wants to give to us but we are tightly held up in what our needs are and what we have. We have left many need that we could have attended to unmet because we were scared of walking on thin air tomorrow. I am not asking you to give all you have, I am asking you to learn to trust God in both the times of plenty and those of scarcity. Jeremiah put it very well. Jeremiah 17;5-8 Amp
5Thus says the Lord: Cursed [with great evil] is the strong man who trusts in and relies on frail man, making weak [human] flesh his arm, and whose mind and heart turn aside from the Lord.
6For he shall be like a shrub or a person naked and destitute in the desert; and he shall not see any good come, but shall dwell in the parched places in the wilderness, in an uninhabited salt land.
7[Most] blessed is the man who believes in, trusts in, and relies on the Lord, and whose hope and confidence the Lord is.
8For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters that spreads out its roots by the river; and it shall not see and fear when heat comes; but its leaf shall be green. It shall not be anxious and full of care in the year of drought, nor shall it cease yielding fruit.
You ask yourself at this point, where is your trust? I have written before that maturity is a decision we make. Many times we fail to mature in our trust in God simply because we looked at only what we expect to earn and we forgot to look at what He is able to do in our lives, we forget that He is as mindful of our lives as He is of those people that put demands upon our lives.
Christ calls us the Light of the world. The darkness is very wide and broad. Some people are in depressions, others in poverty, several in want, many are just lonely and in need of our time. When we think of want we ignore God’s ability to be our source, actually in many cases we disregard His desire to see us well. We shift all our focus upon ourselves, jobs, incomes, schedules and so on.
Many people have gone without because the light was too scared of burning out not remembering that our source is never out. The next time you choose to do or not to, remember that you are making a decision to either mature in your trust or not to. the benefits of trusting God are numerous as that passage of scripture clearly indicates. But remember that it is not a question of giving what you have to those in need, it is a question of the mindset with which you give. Is it because you have trusted in God or because you feel forced to give?
Our lives as we know them have a strange ability of growing big. I have just started working and earning an income but it is amazing how fast people want to share that income with me. Do I give it all away? No, but I give to them as they come and God in His faithfulness finds ways of giving me again. Giving me the resources and those that are in need of those resources.
I could choose to say that the devil is sending them my way but that would be so blind of me. Who would direct the thirsty to water? I think the devil would be more glad to see them waste. Me, he is without the power to waste me.
Learn this lesson from a candle, in its endeavor to give out light it burns out. But it realizes that is the only way it can do its work. And because of that sacrifice many marriages have been mended, started, and made stronger. Cathedrals look more beautiful and many dinners have tasted better. That is what it means to be the Light, to the poor, angry, sorrowful, lost and empty, you go and shine.
You are not with little if your source is the Lord of all. As I write this I am watching much of what I have go out to those in need. But when I pause to refrain from giving I realize that I am making a decision not to grow, that I am forgetting that people are more important than all my fears and predictions. I realize that I have more away from me than with me but that what I have is all I can share.
See you my friend on the other side of joy, the joy of experiencing God in all you do even when you thought you had run our. There is a river in you that will never run dry. Give love, give to love, give with love.

God's Heart Bits
Let us start this article with a picture in our minds. Imagine a home where a father has two daughters. One has just turned seventeen and the other is just one year old. In the event that the children demand the father’s attention they receive it, but as they deserve. Now when the seventeen-year-old daughter comes to the dad and asks him for part of the family land to use it for faming the Fathers is happy because she is learning to think like him, to anticipate his desires as well. He gladly welcomes the idea and if possible, may finance the girl’s farming. Now, when the one-year-old cries, the Father picks her up and helps her get quiet and happy.
This analogy applies very much to our lives today. I have sat next to Christians who find much of their pleasure in being in the presence of God. What they actually mean by this is that they love being in the prayer room all the time. There is nothing wrong with this but we need to realize that God and His presence are not limited to a place or time. Experiencing God is not an event it is where we live all the time. The experience with God is a continual process. I love it when the God I subscribe to is one I can experience in my work as I can in the prayer room.
The experiences of God make a lot of sense when we do not limit them to just a place or moment. There is a lot of joy in knowing that God wants us to experience Him in the prayer room as well as in the boardroom. That is where the journey gets started, in the expectation of that experience, in acknowledging that we do not leave God in one place as we go out to do these other things that are expected of us. That is His heartbeat and the other mindset is just a bit of this heartbeat.
We need to realize that when God wanted children he sent His son to come and reconcile us to Him. The challenge that remains for many of the begotten children is that most of those children have persisted on being children. God presents us with opportunities to mature to son ship daily. these challenges come and help us develope the language of the Father and stand firm in His heartbeat.Every opportunity is aimed at creating partners to reign with Christ that is His heartbeat today. When David found an army of Israelites standing in fear for the insults of Goliath, the assumed his position as a son and partner with God.
That was not the time to cry to, God that was the time to speak the language of God. This is what we all have to realize, God’s heartbeat is complete in this time, and it comes with a language. The children of God need to acknowledge that God shares His heartbeat with all of them and that this is aimed at helping all of them mature to son-ship. Fear is not the language of God, neither is self-doubt or failure. As Christ reigns over pain, poverty, failure, agony and all those things that He defeated with the devil, He call for partners. Fellow kings in His kingdom that will agree to have dominion over these negativities and subdue them.
Maturity is a decision we all make. When a child chooses to cry all the time, they choose to remain a child. Some children like David have decided to speak what the Father would have said. It is not a game of words, it is the realization of responsibility. Son-ship in the kingdom of God is a responsibility that we only avoid when we choose to remain children
But how do we remain children?
The answers to this are quite many. First, we limit God to places and moments. There is a reason as to why Christians have maintained the practice of meeting for all these years and yet not many of them know why. We meet together continually to learn and to be trained. Listen, when a child is young they need time to grow, but like the first two daughters, every child should grow to a point of owning up responsibility. A newly born-again Christian is in need of maturity, not that there is something to come from outside him but that there is a lot that the new man has to subdue. The new man is born with the ingredients to walk this new walk but is put in a mind and body that have had an old pattern according to which he no longer walks.
That is why he has to be trained, so that he may dominate all this so that his soul too may attain a salvation by learning the new ways and actually obeying them. Therefore, we meet every Sunday to be trained and to be trained to reign with Christ.
That is the first step in bringing out this mindset that is of Christ. Realize that God has given us His very desires and calls us to walk into them. To answer the question again we remain children every time we find excuses and explanations for those things that put us down. Things like, sickness, pain, sorrow, poverty and the rest. Instead of finding excuses, we need to learn the language of the father concerning all these things.
Sons know the father’s heartbeat, they do not run from it, they do not box God in a place or moment, they enjoy Him totally at all times, they have mastered His language and they are partners with Him. So what are you, son or child?
Finally, I have to put this out. God is in need of sons and for that, He will do all things to bring that character to manifestation in them whether they want or resist. However, the children should own up sons-hip, respond to the heartbeat of God, and not just own bits of His heart. At your work place reign with Christ. It is not contests of just praying you need to pray and reign. Actually, I do not see how a Christian can ever stop praying. More on prayer will be in my other postings to come. Enjoy your journey as you let the desires of God become alive in you. Remember because we are on with Him, we have His desires and these only come to the surface as we pray and speak with Him.

Kingmaker
There is a concept in the ancient tradition in old kingdoms that has remained relevant to this day. Republics have borrowed it, multinational and even marriages. In the olden kingdoms the kings had advisors people who were literally in charge of helping the king reign. They were in many ways supposed to make the king. To the make the king that we would have to know at the end of his reign. In other words they helped write his legacy down. When we look at the drummer we often admire their skill and gift. We really think of the drum and therefore the drum maker.
The beauty of the music is birthed right from the time when the maker is choosing the type of material to use. He makes the drum and therefore the music.
There have always been people in our lives that have helped us be who we are. They may not be our parents or relatives but people that come into our lives and they help us walk the path that we were destined to walk. They believe in us and help us in a way that lets us do the walking. But what happens when we are the people to make the others? What happens when we are the king makers? In those moments when we are the ones giving the support and being the cushion.
The position of a king maker as I will refer to it, is one that requires great controls. When we are called to walk besides a king we are called to look beyond the king, beyond the people we are. To be a king maker is a process that may many times see us with broken hearts and yet it is one that needs to be done with joy.
The Focus;
The focus of the kingmaker is on the kingdom. Its future, values, its past, its benefits, rewards and everything that spells the name of that kingdom. The focus is what drives the maker to keep making. They are focused at the vision of the kingdom. Every king has a kingdom and that kingdom has a vision, it has a place in the future, a desirable place. This simply means that the kingmaker that has no ability to look into the future of the king and the kingdom is not worthy of the job. However many times the king has the vision, he has seen and got to embrace the future, he even knows how to walk to the place but is in need of help. He is in need of one to hold the mantel with him to stand with him when he is losing vision and when he is strong.
The position of the kingmaker in this time is in believing with the king even when he doesn’t understand the direction the king is taking o stand with him.
Learning:
There are however times when it seems to the kingmaker that the king is ignorant of the operations that are expected of him. The king in this case seems to be in want of learning. It is very tempting at this time for the kingmaker to assume the position of the king. He wants to lead in his stead because to him the king in unfit of the role. That he is not as fit as the maker would want him to be.
But part of the role of the kingmaker is to watch the king learn how to operate as a king. This point requires all the maturity the maker can muster. The father who taught his son to ride the bicycle by riding it is still riding that bicycle thirty years later. The one who did it by riding beside the son is seated in the back seat of the son’s car. In the same way the maker needs only to suggest and let the king experiment with the new knowledge. This is how he helps him walk into the kingship he inherited. To the maker the king and the kingdom are one. They are inseparable and he respects both in the same position.
But how do we deal with the temptation to take kingship up? We realize that by position we are not the king in the other king’s kingdom. The best we can do is helping the king reign in his kingdom the best way you have seen him able. Our satisfaction is not in seeing what we want done but in helping the king realize their desires because we believe they are meant to drive their kingdom closer to its destiny.
The King Grown;
But there comes a time when the king has learnt to reign in his kingdom. At that time it seems like we are not relevant to them. Many times our advice to them is not received as it once was. Because they are more interested in implementing what their hearts desire, we may mistake it for rejection. Don’t because soon you will be needed.
Every life is a kingdom and every person has the ability to reign as king if and only if they have Christ in their lives. The money and influence rearly indicate a reigning king if not with Christ. That success may come with a lot of pains and may soon be gone. But the kings in Christ will reign in this life, they will have the money and influence and yet they will retain their souls. A souls anchored in Christ is never lost.
The kingmaker ought to realise this reality and let the kings reign. True friends see with us and speak with us. They share with us our dreams and many times they are ready to stand aside and watch us live while they cheer on and give the direction required.
To all of yoou king maker, instead of putting your emotions ahead, try putting the king and his Kingdom ahead.Enjoy your journey of making kings and of being made kings in the process because you will realise that your kingdom is full of kings that require the making. When you help them be, you are reigning in your kingdom. But remember you too will have to be made.
Do you see the interconnection?
